Rosedown Subdivision is located off of Sharp Road in Mandeville, Louisiana.  The Rosedown Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of Louisiana.  Articles of incorporation, deed restrictions, bylaws, and covenants are filed in the official records of St. Tammany Parish.

RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

Please review the Rosedown Restrictive Covenants on the RESOURCES page.  We are seeing recurring violations such as boats, trailers, and trash cans visible from the street. Please submit a request and obtain approval before cutting any trees.
