In order to make it more convenient for homeowners to pay annual dues, we have setup a PayPal account to process credit card payments.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay your dues with a credit card.  Paypal just processes the credit card transaction.  Due to additional processing costs, online payments will include an online processing fee.
