TRASH COLLECTION

All residents are encouraged to use Waste Management for trash pickup and recycling.

The Board has negotiated a very  favorable contract with Waste Management which includes low rates to homeowners, recycling, cart repair or replacement options and once a year, a dumpster at the park for homeowners to use for spring cleaning.  Each year, you will be notified when the dumpster is available at the park.

NOTE: You can create a user account at the WM website and turn on notifications to receive up-to-date information on holiday schedules and other alerts.

If recyclables exceed the capacity of the Waste Management container, please use large paper leaf bags obtainable from home improvement stores. Do not use plastic bags (which are not recyclable).
